Elliana is 18 months!

My good friend and hair stylist’s daughter, Elliana is 18 months old! I could not believe it when I walked in the door and saw this little pumpkin pie staring back at me. Oh man she is so cute! I can’t believe how quickly time passes by – I hadn’t seen her since her first birthday before my wedding! She walks and talks and has a real haircut. So freaking cute! I have so many ladies tell me that they hope they baby girl is as cute as Elliana! I laugh and agree but it’s not all looks – her expressions and personality are just too much! We saw it from her first photo shoot at a couple weeks old!
She loved seeing herself in the camera lens, so she would just creep right up in front my lens – I had to switch to my 24mm 1.4 lens so I could get her little expression – that lens lets you focus as close to 6 inches! Hence with a little wider lens her head is a little bigger, but so cute!!!! Just check out those beautiful big blue eyes!

Isn’t her little outfit so cute?! Dad came home and thought her mini silk tunic was a little risque, but I just thought it was the cutest thing ever!

So seriously…she’s BEYOND adorable!! Her personality just shines through. And you captured that in her photos so beautifully.
A little off the subject perhaps, but a plea for people to think about the ethics of purchasing wetsuits. Please try and think about, for example, the materials the product is made with, the human rights of the factories where they’re manufactured and the ethics of retailers. Oh, and endeavour to recycle instead of discarding. Thanks!!!!
